Matcha Green Tea Smoothie that's rich in antioxidants, fiber, and protein


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

1.     Add the banana, almond milk, matcha powder, chia seeds, and protein powder (if using) into a blender.

2.     Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

3.     If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.

4.     Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!



Tropical Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the almond milk, frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, ripe banana, matcha green tea powder, honey or agave syrup (if using), and baby spinach (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, you can garnish the smoothie with additional fruit or a sprinkle of matcha powder.

Matcha Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the coconut milk, frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, matcha green tea powder, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, you can garnish the smoothie with additional berries, chia seeds, or a dusting of matcha powder.
